Capturing inventory from a photo
Add new stock by photographing a delivery or supplier invoice instead of typing every line by hand.

Upload a photo
From Inventory, upload a photo of a supplier invoice, packing slip, or the products themselves. Pulse reads it and drafts line items — product names, quantities, and cost where visible.

Review the draft
The draft sits separately from your live inventory until you confirm it. Correct any misread quantities or names before it touches your real counts.

Discard or confirm
Not the right photo, or started over? Discard and start new resets the draft with no effect on existing stock. Confirming applies the additions to inventory.
